Leslie Godwin

Leslie is a board certified, licensed genetic counselor. She was born and raised in New Mexico, and completed her undergraduate studies in Biology and Psychology at The University of New Mexico in 2009. She completed her graduate genetic counseling training at Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY in 2011, and after her graduation, she moved back home to Albuquerque. She has always had an interest in prenatal genetic counseling and has enjoyed working with Piñon Perinatal’s patients for several years. She is committed to providing compassionate and supportive care to expecting parents to help them make the best informed decisions for themselves. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and daughter.
